About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing financial processes and supporting financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Support the finance manager in maintaining financial integrity and compliance.
* Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes.
* Provide excellent customer service and communication skills for debtor liaison.
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
* Experience in finance operations, accounts payable/receivable or similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for debtor liaison.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
