The Role
Account Managers are the liaisons between Generate Listings and our real estate agent clients. They are the primary point of contact -- handling all day-to-day agent interactions, as well as managing campaigns and correcting issues as needed to ensure agent success. You\'ll manage 50+ real estate agents, serving as their strategic coach and growth partner, helping them transition from referral-dependent businesses to scalable digital lead generation systems that consistently grow their GCI. You are simultaneously an agency representative, account manager, and most importantly, coach. We are NOT looking for "yes-people" who do anything agents ask without critically examining whether it\'s actually in their best interest. We\'re looking for real estate marketing personal trainers. We need people who feel comfortable saying, "no we won\'t do that, and here\'s why..." to agents with misguided requests, and then coaching them towards the best course of action.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day relationships with 50+ real estate agent clients
Coach agents on lead conversion, CRM usage, and sales processes
Conduct onboarding, check-ins, renewals, and strategy calls
Hold agents accountable to lead follow-up commitments & have difficult conversations when needed
Identify upsell opportunities and close renewals through consultative selling
Collect testimonials and generate referrals
Use data to diagnose problems and deliver solutions
What We\'re Looking For
2+ years account management/customer success experience (digital marketing agency preferred)
Real estate industry experience highly regarded
Sales skills - proven ability to close upsells/renewals
Natural rapport building - quickly establish trust with agents
Exceptional communication and coaching skills
High-volume account management experience (30+ accounts)
Positive attitude - see challenges as opportunities
Strong project management and organisational skills
Self-starter comfortable with 100% work from home
Data-driven problem solver
Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook/Google Ads)
Comfortable having difficult conversations and setting expectations
What We Offer
Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + Super
Performance bonuses: OTE $100,000-$120,000+
100% Remote - work from anywhere in the world
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEST core hours (with some flexibility)
