Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting our customer-facing commercial team, providing administrative support for order processing, license sales, and general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative support to the commercial team includes order processing, license sales, and Yr1 maintenance orders
* Document management and other general administration duties as required
* Customer registration for learning events and event logistics assistance
Requirements:
* Desirable experience working in technology-oriented companies
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software highly regarded
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
