Job Title:

Administration Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

1. Process financial transactions and reconcile accounts
2. Manage accounts payable and oversee email communication
3. Process accounts receivable and reconcile credit card transactions
4. Assist with financial analysis and reporting
5. Communicate with suppliers, airport managers, and operations teams


Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to self-review work and problem-solve
* Financial analysis skills and proactive thinking
* Experience in accounting software (Xero preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication skills
