Little Grommets Early Learning Centre in Tweed Heads provides nurturing care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years in a safe, engaging environment. Our play-based programs support each child’s growth and development through indoor and outdoor learning experiences. We value strong connections with families and a warm, supportive community. Little Grommets is dedicated to helping every child feel confident, curious, and ready to thrive.
Role Requirements
The opportunity has become available for a permanent part-time Cert III Educator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will need:
* a Cert III of Early Childhood Education
* a current and valid Working with Children Check
* a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
* experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
* an ability to interpret curriculum documents
* effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
* Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
* Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
* Participate in professional and personal development.
* Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
* Responsibility for the development and implementation of the studio program
