About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to design, build and scale global enablement programs that accelerate ramp time, improve productivity and elevate performance across revenue-generating roles.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for an experienced enablement professional who can balance best-in-class program design with speed, pragmatism and measurable business impact.

You will lead the development of global onboarding, certification, coaching and capability programs, ensuring consistent sales excellence across regions, while allowing for local market adaptation.

* Develop role-specific onboarding and certification pathways
* Build scalable learning solutions across eLearning, virtual, in-person and workshop formats
* Create and maintain enablement assets including sales playbooks, product training, competitive positioning and customer-facing materials
* Drive adoption through structured change management and clear performance metrics
* Deliver enablement programs to distributed international sales teams
* Act as the voice of the field, surfacing trends, challenges and insights
* Align stakeholders across the go-to-market ecosystem to ensure cohesive messaging and capability uplift
* Leverage market best practice and emerging enablement technologies to evolve our global approach

About You

You are a commercially minded enablement professional who understands how learning translates into revenue performance.

You will bring:

* Proven experience designing scalable revenue or sales enablement programs
* Strong instructional and learning design capability grounded in adult learning principles
* Comfortable with occasional travel to our Perth office and international locations
* Experience supporting sales teams across multiple regions
* Confidence facilitating, presenting and influencing senior stakeholders
* Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools
