This role offers the opportunity to lead complex sustainability projects, guide clients toward best‐practice environmental outcomes, and mentor a passionate team in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

What is your role?
As Consultant | Sustainability, you will play a key role within our sustainability team. You will:
* Deliver sustainability strategies, environmental modelling, and certification frameworks across diverse project sectors.
* Apply technical knowledge in areas such as thermal comfort, energy optimisation, climate resilience, whole‐of‐life carbon, and precinct‐scale sustainability.
* Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers and developers to embed sustainability from concept through to construction.
* Support junior consultants and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth.
* Support work‐winning activities including capability presentations, proposal development and client relationships.
* Contribute to thought leadership and industry initiatives that advance sustainable design in the built environment.

About You
* Experience: 4+ years in sustainability consulting, ESD, building physics, or related fields.
* Technical expertise: strong knowledge of relevant technical aspects of sustainability, such as:
o Energy efficiency and Section J & BASIX/NatHERS compliance.
o Greenstar building certification and coordination, or equivalent frameworks such as WELL, Living Building Challenge, etc.
o Precinct or Masterplan Sustainability strategies and roadmaps.
o Building performance modelling, energy modelling for frameworks such as NABERS.
* Leadership: A collaborative approach with a willingness to support and learn from team members at all levels.
* Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
* Strategic mindset: Ability to think beyond compliance and translate sustainability ideas into practical, design‐led outcomes.
