Role Overview:
Informatech is supporting a large federal government agency as part of a significant ICT transformation program within its ICT Division.
We are seeking Senior D365 Developers to design, develop, configure, customise, and support enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Power Pages (Portals). These roles will contribute to mission-critical systems supporting nationally significant programs.
We are ideally seeking a permanent engagement, with a competitive salary on offer for the right candidate. However, candidates seeking a contracting engagement will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute across all phases of delivery including Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test.
* Design, develop, configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
* Build and customise Power Pages (Portals), including model-driven and canvas apps.
* Leverage out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 features, including workflow automation (Power Automate), queues, SLAs, dashboards, reporting, and data import/export tools.
* Develop fit-for-purpose solutions including custom workflows, plug-ins, integrations, and automation.
* Conduct data analysis for entity modelling, data rules, mappings, and integrations.
* Work closely with testers, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure DevOps items, sprints, and defects are managed effectively.
* Create and maintain technical design documentation and as-built artefacts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional technology and design teams within an agile delivery environment.
To Be Successful, You Will Have Extensive Experience In:
* Experience developing, configuring, validating, deploying, and supporting Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM) solutions.
* Solid understanding of solution management and ALM practices.
* Extensive experience with Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Platform components.
* Proven capability customising case management, knowledge articles, entities, workflows, business rules, and security models.
