Here's What We're Searching For Professionally
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
* Ability to take direction;
* Able to work at a fast pace and high turnover environment; and
* High energy, passionate with a strong work ethic.
Here's what we're searching for as an individual:
* Previous experience in a management position; preferably a club/day lounge;
* An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals
* A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
* Knowledge on beverage menu development
* Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
* Availability for Monday- Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts)
* A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
* Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first;
* Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; and
* You're someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
