* 0730-1530 for 01/05/2026.
* 1200-2000 for 10/05/2026.
* 1800-2300 for 02/05/26, 08/5/26, 15/05/26

NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
