We’re looking for a Head of Compliance to take ownership of Montu’s compliance strategy and lead a high-performing team to deliver outcomes that underpin our growth. Reporting to the General Manager of Risk & Compliance, this role will play a critical part in strengthening our compliance framework, ensuring Montu continues to meet its legal and regulatory obligations while fostering a culture of accountability and integrity across the business. What you’ll be doing Lead the strategic direction of Montu’s compliance function, advising the Executive Leadership Team on compliance risks, regulatory developments, and emerging issues. Develop, implement, and continuously improve compliance frameworks, policies, and training, embedding compliance into Montu’s culture. Oversee compliance risk management and monitoring programs, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regulators to maintain transparency and trust. Provide leadership and mentorship to the compliance team, building capability and driving continuous improvement.
