The primary purpose of this role is to sell/market blueberries in the designated market, through managing client relationships and programs in order to ensure the best possible return for our growers and profit margin for the company. Key Performance Outputs Business Development Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities. Generate sustainable new sales and build long-term customer relationships. Analyse market trends to find new growth opportunities and guide strategic planning. Set competitive and profitable pricing using accurate costing and sales forecasting. Account Management Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand customer needs deeply and propose suitable solutions. Ensure efficient, timely delivery of programs and sales. Serve as the main communication link between clients and the company. Resolve issues promptly to protect client trust. Keep CRM customer records up to date and reviewed annually. Program Management Plan and manage seasonal sales programs aligned with business and client objectives. Ensure programs are accurately reflected in demand forecasts and crop estimates. Grow existing accounts to meet sales targets. Facilitate fruit sales to the correct market segments at agreed prices. Coordinate sales across various OZblu regions. Sales Administration Manage and update sales opportunities/order sheets. Ensure sales orders are fulfilled and invoices generated on time. Track sales finalization and monitor related reports. Process quality feedback, returns, re‑allocations, and claims where viable. Maintain accurate costings to ensure profitable pricing. Manage the full sales process in NetSuite, including orders, pricing, and client details. Ensure timely debtor payments and correct processing of account sales. Grower Responsibilities Maximise grower returns and provide transparent market communication. Address grower queries related to marketing. Prepare progress and forecast reports for stakeholders. Company Responsibilities Drive profitable business outcomes while maintaining good grower returns. Negotiate deals that support commercial goals and future profits. Ensure new clients comply with company terms and agreement Requirements 2–5 years of experience in a sales or client‑facing role. A tertiary qualification (Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, etc.) is a bonus, not a barrier. A passion for selling, relationship‑building, and driving commercial success. Functional & Technical Skills You’ll shine in this role if you can bring: Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) — an advantage. Exposure to CRM platforms — plus points. Strong communication skills — written and verbal. Bonus: Any knowledge of fruit marketing or product categories.
