We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Adelaide and will involve prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business with existing and net-new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business with existing and net-new customers
* Develop effective account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
* Establish strong relationships with customers based on knowledge of their requirements and commitment to value
* Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
* Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in senior business roles
* Experience with engagement for senior stakeholders across SA Public Sector including State Government
* Experience in lead role of a team environment
* Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market
* Business-level English: Fluent
