What You'll Be Doing
* Prepping, cooking and plating our full Gracie's menu
* Maintaining quality, speed and consistency during busy service
* Running your section like a boss and helping the team where needed
* Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well-organised
* Contributing ideas for specials, menu tweaks and food prep improvements
* Ensuring food safety standards are always spot-on

What We're Looking For
* Previous kitchen experience (chef, cook or solid kitchen-handing)
* A love for good food, good banter and high standards
* Someone reliable, calm under pressure and ready to hit the ground running
* A genuine team player who's keen to grow with us
* Food Safety certificates are a bonus but not essential
