Clinical Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team in Broome. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic nurse to work in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality patient care, work effectively as part of a team, and contribute to the development of clinical skills and knowledge.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care, acting as a clinical resource, and developing other staff members. You will also be required to communicate effectively with clients, individuals, and other team members.
To be successful in this position, you must have a strong understanding of cultural factors and social determinants, particularly relating to Aboriginal health. Additionally, you should have demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning principles in relation to the facilitation of learning teaching and training groups or individuals.
Job Description
* Demonstrate clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidenced based nursing care in the primary health setting
* Act as a clinical resource in the development of other staff
* Provide effective communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills with an ability to liaise effectively with clients, individuals and other team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
* AHPRA Registration: To be considered for this position, you need to be eligible for registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Board (AHPRA)
* Demonstrated understanding of cultural factors and social determinants, particularly relating to Aboriginal health
* Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning principles in relation to the facilitation of learning teaching and training groups or individuals
