About the role
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Albury office, located in the heart of the Murray region. Surrounded by heritage architecture, cultural landmarks, and a thriving local community, Albury offers the perfect blend of lifestyle and leadership opportunity.
As a Manager in our Business Advisory division, you'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial and tax services to clients, while leading and mentoring a team of professionals. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do
- Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns across a range of entities
- Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services to clients
- Analyse financial data and develop financial models to support client decision‑making
- Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering practical and commercial advice
- Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring high‑quality outcomes
- Mentor and develop junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively support clients
About you
- A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
- 5‑7 years' experience in professional services, with proven leadership capabilities
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
