We're seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Brisbane store. Reporting to the State Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and team leadership. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient stock flow, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 4 staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain compelling visual displays that align with brand standards and drive customer engagement.
* Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
* Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
* Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members, preparing them for future leadership roles.
