Your Next Role
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Rocky Point Finance Team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent customer service. You will also provide support for reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc financial tasks.
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and manage customer and supplier invoices, credits, deposits, and accounts receivable ledgers.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues or discrepancies, following up directly with customers as needed.
- Maintain customer files and ensure invoices are uploaded into customer portals.
- Generate financial statements and reporting on accounts receivable status.
- Support the finance team with analysis, reconciliations, and ad hoc duties.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
- Excellent attention to detail, robust organisational and time management skills.
- Shows initiative and independent decision-making with a proactive, can-do approach.
- Effective communicator who works well in a team environment.
- Calm and efficient under pressure.
