Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing project schedules, updating production plans, and working to weekly and monthly programs.
* Working with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foreman, and other support project personnel to manage diverse projects.
* Communicating and collaborating with clients.
* Support and assist with the development of civil contracts for sub-contractors.
* Management of variation approvals.
* Initiate and preform work to minimise costs to align with forecasted revenue.
* Oversee and assist with SWM's process and ITP's.
* Manage QA documentation.
Qualification and experience requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or related degree (and/or extensive industry experience).
* Effective time management and organisation skills.
* Proficient financial management.
* Scheduling, forecasting procurement, design, and contract management.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
* Extensive knowledge and commitment to HSEQ responsibilities.
