Unique Building Partners is a fast-growing construction company specialising in insurance building works across Queensland and New South Wales. We partner with major insurers and loss adjusters to deliver timely, high-quality repairs to homes and commercial properties affected by damage or disaster.
We're on the lookout for an ambitious, self-starting individual to join our supportive and collaborative team at our Tweed Heads office—with a planned relocation to Burleigh Heads in late 2025.

Your Role:
As a key member of our Insurance Administration Team, you'll work alongside three other team members in the Tweed Heads office while connecting virtually with our Central Insurance Team. You will be a vital part of the team, helping our Site Supervisors, Insurance Director, Operations Manager, and Office Manager keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
Responding to enquiries from clients (Insured, Insurer, Loss Adjusters) via phone, email, and online portals.
Preparing contracts and scope of works for building projects.
Scheduling assessments and inspections for clients and estimators.
Processing job requests and updating both internal systems and client portals.
Liaising with clients and insurance companies to ensure seamless communication.
Providing milestone updates across internal and external systems.
Assisting Building Coordinators and providing administrative support to the Operations and Office Managers.
Performing ad hoc duties and errands as required.
