Junior Assistant Accountant

About The Role
As a Junior Assistant Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations and ensuring accurate data reporting for head office. Your responsibilities will include:
* Accounts Payable: Processing supplier/vendor invoices, creating purchase orders, reconciling statements, and monitoring credit card transactions.
* Accounts Receivable: Recording customer receipts, preparing credit notes, emailing invoices and statements, and assisting with new customer setups.
* General Accounting: Supporting warranty claim reconciliations, maintaining records, assisting with audits, and collaborating with the finance team.
* Administration: Managing inbox communications, assisting with travel bookings, and supporting banking and registration tasks.
What We're Looking For
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Experience: 1-2 years in an accounting or finance role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with AX is a plus).
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
