You'll be part of a dynamic team, working closely with legal professionals and executives to provide administrative and operational assistance across various tasks.

As an Operations Assistant, you will:

* Provide day-to-day support to legal teams, adapting to the changing needs of the role and the business.
* Generate reports, manage expenses, amend documents, and maintain document management (including printing, filing, and archiving).
* Support client relationship management software, record business development activities, maintain accurate contact records, project management, and assist with client reporting.
* Assist with pitches and coordinate events.

  • * Assist with financials, including monthly billing processes: creating and amending billing narratives and drafting/finalising bills.

    This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. We offer flexible working arrangements, but adaptability is key. If you seek flexibility, we can discuss arrangements that suit you.

    About You:

    * Experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm (we also consider experience within finance, accounting, or other professional services firms).
    * High skill and accuracy with software, including Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), and any document management software utilised by our organisation.
    * The ability to draft correspondence, presentations, pitch documents, and slide packs quickly and accurately.
    * High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the flexibility to organise and prioritise work independently and deliver to tight deadlines.
    * Ability to work well within a team environment.
