Base Pay:
$26 per hour - $32.00 per hour based on experience, plus $1.00 shift differential
Shift:
2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2pm to 10pm, with overtime as needed

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This Maintenance Associate is responsible for executing all maintenance and projects at the facility. Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment. Installs and maintains piping systems, repairs plumbing, fabricates piping, and ensures systems operate effectively.
Work involves industrial plumbing, heating and cooling piping, threading, steam heat systems, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Plans, maintains tooling, fabricates replacement parts, and performs grounds and facilities repairs, ensuring safety and record accuracy.
Provide timely maintenance service to production, warehouse, and other departments
Communicate effectively, react promptly, and assist maintenance customers
Perform maintenance work, preventive maintenance, and work orders as assigned
Document work activities and ensure quality and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Ensure proper shift handovers and detailed record-keeping
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, recording results
Track daily time and follow work schedules
Identify and order parts, manage inventory with procurement
Seek resource conservation and cost improvements
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years manufacturing maintenance experience
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Ability to distinguish colors, with correctable eyesight and hearing
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
Strong communication skills and team collaboration
Ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
Physical activities include walking, standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, crawling, bending, twisting
Work involves high voltage equipment and moving machinery, requiring safety vigilance
Work in manufacturing environment with noise, temperature extremes, and dust
Use of PPE, tools, and fabrication equipment necessary for tasks
