Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Information Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance in Information Asset Management, with a strong background in asset management principles.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of relevant industry legislation, asset standards and specifications, and will support the collaborative development of asset condition and performance assessments and capital and operational planning activities.
You will bring initiative and a forward-thinking approach to continually improve our asset data collection, management, storage, access, and quality processes by rethinking how we use information to inform decisions. Your ability to see data in new ways will help us find opportunities to streamline our methods and further advance our internal capability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary or recognized qualifications in either Asset Management, Information Management, Quality Management Systems or in another related field.
- Understanding of asset information registers, hierarchical structures or building component structural logic.
- Understanding of Asset Management Principles e.g ISO, GFMAM
- High attention to detail for data entry analysis, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- A sound knowledge of WHS and quality assurance principles/ systems.
- Experience managing contractors and consultants.
