Skills and Experience
* Strong experience and longevity working for a retail home builder & selling new homes (in a Display Village environment)
* Ability to understand what your client needs and close sales
* Immaculate presentation and communication skills
* Strong administrative skills - working with contracts, housing plans and council requirements
