Seeking a switched-on and experienced Site Administrator for our Civil Construction Site in the North West Region.
This is a fast-paced role and is responsible for all administrative and coordination services which support the Civil Project team.
This is a FIFO role out of Perth, working a 2:1 roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site access paperwork and new starter inductions/documentation.
- Looking after new starters - including inductions and related site required documentations.
- Support management with rosters, weekly timesheets, and payroll queries.
- Manage weekly invoicing, purchasing, receipting, and stock (including PPE, stationery, and consumables)
- Provide reporting support, filing/record-keeping, and general administrative assistance as required.
- Assist in organising travel and accommodation bookings.
- Adhoc Duties within the Administrative and Accounts functions as requested by Management.
- Organise training when required and maintain training records in conjunction with the HSE administrator.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge, in particular MS Excel.
- High attention to detail - experience with high volume invoicing/purchasing.
- Experience with JobPac & TimeTarget (Desirable).
