We're currently looking for a Site Manager to be stationed across 2 projects valued from $5m - $15m within the broader Adelaide metro area.
Duties in your role will include:
* Full site set up
* Management of all trades and subcontractors
* Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
* Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S)
* Management of stakeholders both internally and externally
To be successful in your application you will require the following:
* Minimum 5 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
* Essential that you have worked across the full project cycle of an industrial, health or education project
* Preferred experience delivering projects for DIT, Department of Education, or other public sector bodies
* Strong management and coordination skills
* Ability to lead and manage Site Supervisors & Project Coordinators
* Autonomy in working across multiple sites
* Excellent understanding of OH&S
* Ability to work autonomously
