* Represent the Organisation
* Coordinate facility tours, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
* Manage waiting lists, verify financial eligibility, and optimise funding opportunities.
* Liaise with social workers, ACAT teams, hospitals, and placement consultants to maintain strong referral networks.
* Monitor facility income, report to management, and track market trends in aged care fees.
* Support Office and Facility Managers with training and admission processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Oversee contractor compliance, including clearances, insurance, and vaccination records.
* Promote health, safety, and quality standards in line with Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) and NDIS regulations.
