About the Role

Playing a pivotal part in our business the role of a Branch Manager is to manage the day to day Sales and Operations of the General Rent division. Which includes management of staff, workflow, profit and loss, focusing on safety, efficiency, and meeting deadlines by planning maintenance and assigning tasks to relevant line managers.

Key Responsibilities

* Overseeing and review of all sales and operations
* Management of staff across sales and operations
* Responsible for United Rental's P&L and financial performance
* Employee performance reviews, talent management and succession planning
* Maintaining a strong company culture in all branches
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality and HSE systems
* Maintaining close relationships with key customers
* Identifying, tendering and securing project opportunities
* Marketing and business development including client engagement

About You

* 5 years' + working in a similar role
* Strong managerial experience
* Strong sales background essential in dealing with key clients
* Construction, infrastructure or a related market experience essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful business strategies
* Focused and goal-oriented
