About The Role We're looking for a qualified Support Worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in Port Macquarie. You will support our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including: Shopping and transport to medical appointments Assist clients with personal care and medication support Provide social support and community engagement Transport clients to shopping and medical appointments Provide some domestic assistance including meal preparation Work autonomously and within a team to meet client needs About You You have a caring nature and and are a clear and empathetic communicator who is able to build rapport effectively. You can work both autonomously and in a team environment, are extremely organised and adaptable to change. You are looking for stable, flexible and fulfilling work. If you have the following, we want to hear from you: Cert 3 Individual Support (or similar qualification) Current drivers’ license and reliable, insured vehicle. National criminal history/police check (last 3 months) Aged care experience
