Key responsibilities include:
* Stockroom Operations
o Assisting the store manager and assistant manager with day-to-day logistics and inventory management
o Providing exceptional stock to floor service to deliver a premium factory outlet experience
* Representing the Brand
o Adhering to adidas brand values and company policies
o Promoting adidas products in an inspiring and impactful manner
* Compliance and Profitability
o Driving compliance with global retail operational directives and processes within the store back of house
o Developing innovative solutions to enhance the Factory Outlet experience
o Contributing to profitability by achieving sales and profit targets
