About the Role
You'll be leading a large, motivated kitchen team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing stock and suppliers, overseeing prep and service, and maintaining high food safety standards. This role suits someone confident in team leadership, passionate about food, and ready to make their mark in a busy kitchen with plenty of support around them.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-volume venues
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Confident in stock control, rostering, and supplier management
* Hands-on approach with a passion for mentoring kitchen staff
* Committed to maintaining food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards
