We invite a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team on a permanent part-time night duties schedule at our new aged care facility. As a key leader, you will inspire Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care, ensuring every resident feels valued, supported, and genuinely cared for.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide person-centred care, lead by example, and promote collaboration among colleagues. Your strong communication and leadership skills will be essential in driving our commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care
* Develop and implement individualised care plans
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
* Foster a positive and supportive work environment
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Current, unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
* Recent National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
* Experience in aged care (desirable)
* Genuine empathy and strong communication skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
