About the Role
As a Supply Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping our hospital running smoothly. You'll manage our imprest system, ensuring wards and departments have the essential stock they need—accurately, efficiently, and on time.
This is a hands‐on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and other stakeholders, becoming a trusted go‐to within the hospital.
In this role, you will:
* Manage ordering, receipting, and stock distribution
* Maintain inventories and support unit managers with imprest levels
* Respond to supply‐related enquiries
* Uphold safety and quality standards
* Contribute to a positive, team‐focused workplace
About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about great service. Ideally, you will bring:
* Previous supply experience (healthcare background advantageous)
* Experience using computerised inventory systems (e.g., Technology One)
* Strong organisation, communication, and time‐management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
* A high level of physical capability for manual handling tasks
