Property Manager – Experienced
Belle Property Bendigo is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing portfolio and successful boutique office.
As part of a nationally recognised premium brand, you will manage a residential portfolio with the support of strong systems, training, and an established team that values professionalism, integrity, and relationships.
About the role:
* End-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio
* Leasing, inspections, maintenance, arrears, and rent reviews
* Landlord and tenant relationship management
* VCAT preparation and attendance
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
* Working closely with directors and the wider team
About you:
* Proven experience as a Property Manager
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident with PropertyMe and Inspection Express (preferred)
* Current driver's licence, reliable car, and police check
