Job Title: Customer Care Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Consultant in Mackay, AU. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers via phone calls, emails, and other business systems.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other systems.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that benefit both customers and the business.
* Efficiently address issues and escalations.
* Manage administration tasks effectively.
* Understand commercial relationships with Mega Mining customers and stay updated on processes, procedures, and updates.
Requirements:
* Available to work Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm.
* Prior experience in customer service is essential.
* Able to work in fast-paced environments and manage priorities efficiently.
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Clear communication skills are crucial.
* Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred.
* Experience in call centers or retail environments is preferred.
* A willingness to learn and think outside the box is necessary.
