Senior Case Managers are critical to our team's success, and we're seeking a driven professional to join our NSW operation. As a leading global insurance brand, we prioritize care for our customers, the planet, and each other.
This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate clients or government clients. You will work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely and effective claims management solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or other personal injury lines.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer focused approach.
* Ability to handle difficult situations and whilst resolving complex situations in a timely manner.
* Proactive with the drive to learn and develop skills.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt when changes occur.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
