Role Overview As Director of Nursing, you: Join the innovative Primary Health North leadership team, catering to healthcare needs across community, rural, and remote settings. Lead a dedicated team providing holistic care to inpatient, emergency, community nursing, and other community services clients at SHDH. Position Details Permanent, full-time, day shift position, working 76 hours per fortnight, with start date as soon as possible.

Salary and Benefits Salary: $138,478 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation.
Salary in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023. Additional allowances may include:
Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualifications. Salary Packaging Options Access to salary packaging benefits including living expenses up to $9,010, meal entertainment up to $2,650 annually, and other benefits if eligible.
Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of 4% of salary. Additional Benefits Relocation assistance and a $15,000 incentive for nurses and midwives relocating from interstate or overseas, payable over three years. Eligibility Criteria Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Desirable criteria include:
