Storepersons – Warehouse & Secure Logistics

YOUR ROLE
We are seeking multiple permanent Storepersons to support a secure, high-compliance logistics operation across two Western Australian locations:
* Hazelmere WA – 3PL warehouse environment (reach forklift required)
* Perth Airport WA – secure freight handling environment (non-forklift)
These roles operate under the CEVA Logistics & TWU National Enterprise Agreement.
Base hourly rate: $33.4972 per hour.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will support safe, accurate and efficient warehouse and freight handling activities in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
* Receive, check, stage and dispatch freight in line with operational requirements
* Load, unload and move goods safely within the warehouse or airport facility
* Operate reach forklift equipment (Hazelmere roles only)
* Complete RF scanning and system transactions accurately
* Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory control activities
* Maintain strict adherence to safety, aviation security and compliance standards
* Support service, productivity and quality performance targets
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You'll have previous experience in warehouse or freight handling operations within a structured environment.
* Current LF forklift licence with reach experience (required for Hazelmere roles)
* Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow compliance processes
* Basic computer literacy and experience using warehouse systems
* Ability to work in a secure, regulated environment
* Hold a current ASIC Red Card or be willing and able to obtain one
In addition to proof of work rights, progressed candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and national police check.
