Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our display delivery program.

* This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, knowledge of the building industry, and excellent communication abilities.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the pre-site production, workflow, and compliance for the delivery of our national display home program. This includes managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing projects and workflows, as well as a working knowledge of the building and construction process.


Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the development of departmental objectives through management of the display delivery program.
2. Collaborate with sales and senior management to ensure new display briefs are complete and align with business strategy.
3. Strategic planning of national display workflow, resourcing, and associated processes.
4. Collaborate with senior management across executive, building, sales, marketing, and national product development teams.
5. Liaise with external suppliers and developers to ensure all objectives are met.
6. Manage and drive the pre-site display delivery ensuring site starts, build stages, and openings meet contractual milestones and expectations.
7. Oversee and monitor national pre-site workflow functions to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved.
8. Ensure all documentation and information is comprehensive, complete, and current at time of issue.
9. Review proposed changes to display homes under construction based on practical, consistency, cost, and time constraints prior to implementation.
10. Ensure regular display status updates including delays/issues are communicated to key stakeholders.
11. Work with marketing team to ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing collateral and documentation.
12. Conduct weekly reviews of workflow levels within the display delivery team and ensure weekly production targets are achieved and a rolling forecast is available.

Requirements

* Experience within a technical operational role in the building and construction industry.
* Knowledge in building contracts and sales administration.
* Working knowledge of the building and construction process.
* Prior experience in managing projects and workflows.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to clearly identify needs of the team and generate solutions.
* Intermediate MS Office, Acrobat computer skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
