We're looking for an enthusiastic
Event Travel Account Manager
to join a well-established
Sydney-based Travel & Events organisation
. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on creating unforgettable travel experiences for groups, incentive winners, and special events.
What You'll Do
* Manage event databases, registration platforms, and delegate communications.
* Coordinate travel logistics including flights, room allocations, and transfers.
* Liaise directly with clients, ensuring requests and preferences are actioned.
* Support pre-event planning and provide on-the-ground operational assistance.
* Contribute to proposals, quotes, and budgeting for event travel programs.
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years' experience in
event, hospitality, or travel management
.
* Familiarity with event technology platforms (EventsAIR highly regarded).
* GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
* A customer-first approach and passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
The Role
* Salary:
$70,000 – $75,000 + Super + Bonus + Travel Perks
(based on experience).
* Hybrid work model (mix of WFH and Sydney office).
* Domestic and international travel may be required.
