We currently have an opportunity for an Application Support Analyst. Join our technology hub team and play a key role in providing level 2 support for critical business IT applications and systems in an ITIL environment. Reporting to Application Support Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You'll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
* Ensure Business Technology applications are supported and maintained.
* Co-ordinate updates to applications, including scheduling outages as required in compliance with ITSM processes.
* Provide second-level support and administration for enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
* Support the business with application configuration, training, and documentation.
* Oversee Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Management etc. through ServiceNow.
Provide customer service levels as required in the Services Specification KPIs.
What You'll Bring
* A Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent, and an ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
* Must be an Australian Citizen.
* Experience in ICT applications development and/or support in an ITIL environment.
* Previous experience in MS SQL queries (Desired)
* Experience in MS Technologies and/or Power Platform Support (Desired)
Strong understanding of level 2 and level 3 application support.
