Job Description
This role delivers gardening and maintenance services to seniors and NDIS clients, enabling them to live independently in their homes.
* Deliver exceptional customer service;
* Support volunteers with diverse skills and abilities;

* Operate basic computer systems and manage paperwork efficiently;
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all parties involved;
* Meet the physical demands of gardening work;

Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills;
* A safety-focused approach;
* Ability to adapt to changing situations;
* A Certificate in Horticulture or similar qualification is advantageous but not essential.
