Virtual Local Area Coordinator
We're Feros Care, and we're pleased to meet you. And what we care most about is helping people live healthier, happier, better-connected lives. Since 1990, we've been making it happen, both for older Australians and people with disability. We are proud to be Game Changers. Dream Makers. Kindness Champions. Culture Shapers. Vibrant Creator. And it's not just us who thinks so; we've won many awards on the local and international stage for our approach.
We actively seek to include, welcome and value the unique contributions of all people. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and people with disability.
Shape the future of participant support at Feros Care.
As a Virtual Local Area Coordinator (VLAC), you will provide tailored, remote support to people with disability, families and carers to understand what's important to them, explore their goals and help them access the supports they need to live the life they choose. * Work alongside participants, families and carers to turn goals into action, build confidence and strengthen independence through digital platforms.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with participants and their support networks to foster sustainable community and mainstream connections.
* Keep accurate, up to date records using Feros Care and NDIS systems and monitor progress to ensure participants are supported effectively.
