The Tasmania Office manages external service providers who deliver employment programs and/or skills and apprenticeship programs across the state.
Reporting to an Assistant Director Team Leader, Network Delivery Officers collaborate with stakeholders to achieve departmental policy measures.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Relationship Building: Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on departmental objectives.
* Contract Management: Overseeing Australian Government contracts with service providers delivering employment or skills services to the Tasmanian community.
* Policy Interpretation: Researching and interpreting program guidelines and policies to advise internal stakeholders and contracted providers.
* Provider Performance Monitoring: Analyzing provider data, monitoring files, and conducting site visits to assess performance and compliance.
* Communication Support: Drafting communications and briefs for managers, delegates, and visiting executives.
* Project Collaboration: Participating in planning, project management, decision-making, and solution brokering.
* Data Analysis: Processing payments, maintaining data integrity, and analyzing data to evaluate provider performance.
* Administrative Assistance: Providing administrative support through mailbox management, research, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
