The role - Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant (With an option to work full time or part time i.e.. 3-4 days a week)
As a Senior / Principal Consultant, you will seize control of a high-yield, warm desk, driving engagement across both the public and private sectors within your specialism, managing key relationships and identifying high-growth opportunities..
You will spend your time where it matters most—in front of clients. This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned 360 recruitment consultant who loves being \"out and about\" and thrives in a high-energy environment where you are empowered to run your desk. Working closely with an experienced supportive manager and plugging into a powerhouse team that's among our top performing team at Randstad. You will join a warm desk that has the potential to hit 400k in GP.
Responsibilities
* Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
* Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
* Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
* Work collaboratively with a candidate manager to source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
About you
* 3 years of permanent recruitment experience as a 360 consultant
* Driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
* A strong enthusiasm for business development
* You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
