We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, Australia.

About The Role

We are currently looking for an energetic and experienced Operations Support Associate to join a newly created team, reporting to the Operations Support Manager.


Key Responsibilities Include:

* Providing excellent customer service and general administration support
* Proactively updating customers on service work and enquiries
* Daily invoicing and managing financial transactions
* Raising of purchase orders & work orders, ensuring efficient supply chain management
* Data entry and analysis, providing valuable insights to the team
* Managing shared email inbox and responding to customer inquiries
* Inbound & outbound phone calls, resolving customer issues promptly
* Managing customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & compliance, ensuring high-quality service delivery
* Service Coordination of Field Technicians, dispatching and scheduling technicians to customer sites


About You

* Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Resident
* Experience with data entry and data analysis, preferably using MS Excel
* Proven experience working with ERP/CRM systems, such as Pronto/Salesforce
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric focus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail
* Familiarity with KPI targets and performance metrics
* Able to work between hours of 7am-5:30pm on a rotating shift roster
* Technical aptitude to quickly learn industry-specific skills
