The Opportunity
We're searching for a passionate, hands‐on Centre Director to lead our Brighton Le Sands team with heart and purpose. What You Will Do
* Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.
* Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that puts people first.
* Engage families and the community, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
* Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centre's operations.
* Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
* Create and implement programs that celebrate each child's unique strengths and potential.
What We're Looking For
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role.
* Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months).
* Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards.
