About the Role We're seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong PLC and automation experience to join our operations team. You'll be responsible for the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our bottling and manufacturing equipment, bridging the gap between hands-on fault finding and engineering-level project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and automation systems across the plant, including fruit processing, pasteurising, blending with semi automated filler, packing and palletising lines.
* Program, configure, and optimise PLC-controlled systems
* Lead and assist with the design and implementation of plant upgrades and capital improvement projects
* Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are executed effectively
* Support production teams with breakdowns and urgent repair work
* Develop and maintain electrical documentation, maintenance systems, and procedures
About You
* Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Demonstrated PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, or similar) is essential
* 3+ years experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and automation
* Experience with plant upgrades, capital projects, or process improvement initiatives
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
* Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
* Exposure to food or beverage manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
