We're hiring an experienced Solar & Battery Installer to join our in-house installation team.
We operate our own solar retail business, which means consistent, year-round install work without relying on third-party retailers or labour hire. Our focus is simple: exceptional quality, clean installs, and strong compliance.
The Role
* Install residential solar PV and battery systems
* Run jobs independently and take ownership of install quality on site
* Maintain high standards across workmanship, safety, and compliance
* Work closely with our Head of Installs and operations team
What We Offer
* PAYG base salary: $130,000 – $140,000
* Weekly bonuses for install quality, QA results, and performance

Requirements
* SAA-qualified Solar PV & Battery Installer
* Proven experience running installs and managing jobs
* Strong understanding of Australian standards and compliance
* Quality-focused, reliable, and professional
